(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking modification of order dated 23.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, to the extent that the petitioner be exempted from depositing 20% of the cheque amount as per the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act and for quashing the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by the trial Court vide which order of suspension of sentence has been cancelled. 2.

No ground is made out for accepting the prayer in the instant petition.

The same, therefore, stands dismissed.
