The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to depute her for Upper School Course.

The writ petition was filed in 2002. Notice of motion was issued on 12.04.2002, however, no interim relief was granted. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner was deputed for Upper School Course in 2003. She was promoted as SI on 26.12.2006. She has retired on 31.08.2009. Thus, the petition has rendered infructuous.

In the wake of statement of Learned State counsel, the instant petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application within three DEEPAK BISSYAN 2025.09.04 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
