The respondent would also deposit requisite charges for enhancement of the load or for issuance of three phase connection.

(ii) The official of the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited would on receipt of such application release three phase connection to the respondent, within one month from the day of completion of the formalities.
