Deepika Baveja and Abhishek Chawla, the petitioners before this Court, claim themselves to be of marriageable age. They have pleaded that they have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 & 5 and seek protection of their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from respondents No.4 and 5. They have placed on record marriage certificate and photographs, Annexures P-3 and P-4, respectively evidencing their marriage.
