(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 17.12.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh, whereby objections of the judgment debtor/petitioners were dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners state that the present revision petition has become infructuous as the execution proceedings stand dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 31.03.2019, copy of which has been produced in the Court. The same is taken on record. In view of the above, this revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
