  Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents to initiate action and register a criminal case against respondent No.11 as well as other revenue officers for tampering the revenue record in view of specific directions given by respondent No.4 to respondent No.5 vide letter dated 19.07.2019. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
