Mr. R.S. Bajaj, Advocate, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He submits that he has necessary instructions from the respondent.

At the outset, Mr. Anand submits that he has sought instructions from the petitioner in light of order dated August 8, 2018. According to the same, petitioner would vacate the premises, in case, reasonable time-period is granted to him. He shall also clear all arrears of rent. This court feels that one year period i.e. till 18.09.2019 shall be reasonable for the petitioner to vacate the premises subject to the condition that he would clear all his arrears of rent within six weeks from today. Mr. Bajaj has no objection to this.

Present revision petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner shall also file an affidavit in above terms before the Rent Controller within two weeks from today.

Needless to observe that, in case, petitioner fails to comply with the undertaking, respondent-landlord shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings.
