**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent-wife submits that the present revision petition is arising out of order dated 01.12.2015 (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioner-husband was directed to pay maintenance pendente lite @ ` 40,000/- p.m. in a petition under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The petition has been dismissed in default vide order dated 21.08.2017.
In view of above, no cause of action survives in the revision petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of having rendered infructuous.
