The appellant was proceeded ex parte before the learned Family Court, Jhajjar. There is a delay of 231 days in filing of the present appeal as well.

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellant to file appropriate application before the learned Family Court, Jhajjar, for recalling order dated 31.07.2019 vide which he was proceeded ex parte as well as judgment dated 09.09.2021 passed ex parte, as it is submitted that there are cogent and reasonable grounds for his non-appearance.

Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
