The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order, dated 30.12.2024, Annexure P-24, whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service.

Learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 and 3/University contends that the matter has been rendered infructuous since, vide office order dated 27.02.2025, the order of dismissal, dated 30.12.2024, has been Seema 2025.03.06 11:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 

        

withdrawn, and the petitioner has been reinstated in service. Further, the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) will be conducting the enquiry afresh.

In view of the statement, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
