Further prayer is for directing the trial Court to first decide application (P-1) moved by her inter alia praying therein to discard the cross examination conducted on the plaintiff and other witnesses beyond the question of readiness and willingness. At the time of hearing, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.
