RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0158, dated 07.10.2022, under Sections 420, 506 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Shri Muktsar Sahib, Annexure P/1. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with permission to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
