       Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 on instructions from Mr. Amandeep Singh Law Officer, Bathinda Development Authority, makes a categorical statement before this Court that the impugned tender notice has already been cancelled. She further submits that the subsequent tender notice has also been cancelled and the layout plan pursuant to which the proposed construction was being taken up has been cancelled by the District Town Planner, Bathinda. In view of the aforesaid nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition as the issues raised in the petition have been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
