This petition has been filed challenging orders dated 20.08.2015 and 11.05.2017 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Kurukshetra and the learned Additional District Judge, Kurukshetra, respectively, whereby provisional rent at the rate of `1,000/- per month plus house tax, has been assessed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is rendered infructuous as the main petition under Section 13 of the Haryana Urban (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1973, has since been decided and he has instructions to withdraw this petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. ( LISA GILL ) September 02 , 2019.
