Present revision petition is directed against the order passed by Rent Controller, Panchkula whereby application moved by petitioner for recalling order dated 03.04.2018 has been rejected. It appears that evidence of the petitioners (respondents herein) was closed on 14.12.2016. Thereafter, another opportunity was granted to them for producing their evidence in view of order dated 11.05.2017 passed by this court. PW Avtar Singh was examined in rebuttal evidence. Instant petition has been moved for setting aside order dated 09.05.2018 whereby application for recalling order dated 03.04.2018 has been rejected. It is inexplicable how such a petition was maintainable. On a query being asked to learned counsel for the petitioner, no clear answer is forthcoming.
