This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 342, dated 24.12.2021 under Section 409 IPC registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural, Amritsar.

[2] On 16.3.2022, the petitioner was granted interim bail subject to joining investigation.

[3] Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Iqbal Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating. [4] As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute.

[5] Petition is allowed.
