(Oral) Petitioners are seeking issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 to hear and decide the revision dated 08.01.2021 (P-6) filed against order dated 04.12.2020 (P-5) passed by the Appellate Authority-respondent No. 2, in a time bound manner and till then, no recovery be affected, in pursuance to order dated 04.12.2020.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to judgments passed by this Court (P-8 colly) wherein identical matters came up for hearing before this Court and this Court issued directions for deciding the pending statutory revision, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Naresh Gopal Sharma, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall supply copy of the petition to learned counsel for the respondent.
