HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Instant appeal has been filed by the applicant-appellant Rahul @ Bunty through Legal Aid Counsel Ms. Rahish Pahwa against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.11.2022 and 24.11.2022 respectively passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Sonepat. It is reported by the office that similar appeal bearing CRA-D-61 of 2023 has already been filed by the appellant Rahul @ Bunty. In view thereof, learned counsel appearing for the appellant wishes to withdraw this appeal.

Disposed of as having been withdrawn.

Fact of the matter is that present appeal has been filed by Ms. Rahish Pahwa, Legal Aid Counsel without the factum of earlier appeal having been brought to her notice.

In these circumstances, it would be just and proper that the legal counsel fee as permissible under rules on filing of an criminal appeal be disbursed to Ms. Rahish Pahwa, Advocate.
