**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.206 dated 01.09.2001 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), protest petition dated 11.07.2003 (Annexure P-4), order dated 10.01.2004 passed by the Magistrate (Annexure P-5), order framing charge dated 06.03.2018 (Annexure P-6) and order dated 27.09.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in Criminal Revision No.125 dated 25.04.2018 (Annexure P-9).
