(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court for withdrawal of revision petition with liberty to move an appropriate interim application before the Lower Appellate Court, who is seized of the appeal after condonation of delay filed against the judgment and decree dated 08.01.2013.

In view of the aforementioned statement, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn and in case, such interim application is filed before the Additional District Judge or Vacation Judge, he/she shall decide the same as early as possible.
