(ORAL) Keeping in view the fact that Supreme Court is seized of the matter in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.41029/2025 titled as 'State of Haryana and others vs. Parmanand and others' preferred by the State against the order of which the petitioner alleges wilful disobedience and that the Supreme Court has ordered that the contempt proceedings before the High Court shall remain stayed, the present petitions are disposed off. 2.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt petition(s) in case the need arises. 3.

Pending application, if any, shall also stand disposed off. 4.
