The petitioner has been ordered to be evicted by both the Courts below and the counsel while making arguments confines, after a failed attempt to convince me on merits, to seeking for six months' period for vacating the premises. It is a commercial property and considering the fact that the petitioner has been in possession for fairly a long time, I will allow for a period of four months for evicting the premises. The petitioner will give an undertaking to the effect that he will vacate the property within four months and that he will continue to be paying the rent which was being paid before the Court below without any default till the conclusion of the period of four months. The undertaking shall be given within a period of one week failing which the order of eviction will operate eo instante.
