Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed against order dated 14.11.2022 awarding provisional maintenance for respondent No.2minor child, aged about 3 years, for his medical expenses and welfare. The provisional maintenance of ` 15,000 was awarded till adjudication of the respondent-wife's application for interim maintenance. It has also been ordered that the amount of provisional maintenance shall be adjustable towards the interim maintenance order, if any, passed subsequently.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain this petition.
