Present:

Mr. R.S. Longia, Advocate for the petitioner Mr. S.K. Bawa, Advocate for the respondent.

**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This revision petition is against order dated 21.05.2015 passed by Additional District Judge, Gurgaon whereby the appeal filed by the respondent against order dated 24.04.2015, was allowed. The respondent has obtained electricity connection bearing No. BR-41-0150 and K No. 2113049571 in her name. The petitioner had issued notice to the husband of the respondent with regard to the payment of Rs.52,05,315/- against account No. 30/BR410152 within 15 days failing which the amount shall be credited in her bills. Thereafter, the electricity connection of the respondent was GAURAV ARORA 2015.09.21 14:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.R No. 4261 of 2015 -2disconnected by the respondent.

The grievance of the respondent is that without giving notice to the respondent, the petitioner could not disconnect the electricity connection of the respondent on the ground that the notice was issued to her husband and he is not paying the bill. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 21.05.2015, the electricity connection of the respondent has been restored and notice has been issued to the respondent.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed by giving a liberty to the petitioner to take action against the respondent in due course of law, if so advised.
