(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed challenging the dismissal of the application filed by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. During the pendency of the present revision petition, as per website of District Courts, Hoshiarpur, the parties to the lis have since compromised the matter and the suit itself stands withdrawn. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
