(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner states that in the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is to decide his appeal dated 27.05.2014 (Annexure P-2), which he has filed against the order of recovery dated 18.03.2014 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Director, Haryana State Lotteries Department, Panchkula. Counsel for the petitioner further states that even though the reminder has already been given, but the appeal is still pending with the respondents. Further, he prays that the respondents be directed to decide the appeal dated 27.05.2014 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in a time bound manner.
