The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-20969-2025, whereby respondents were directed to treat the writ petition as a representation and to take appropriate decision. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 24.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-20969-2025, a speaking order dated 06.03.2026 has been passed by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order dated 06.03.2026, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has already been dispatched to the petitioner. 3.
