In the present petition, the petitioners are claiming the pay-scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Rs. 4200/- grade pay as being extended to the Nursing Officer/Pharmacy Officer on the ground that all the petitioners as well as the Nursing Officer/Pharmacy officer are working under the National Rural Health Mission and their post on which they are working with the department concerned involves the same duties, responsibilities and qualifications.

The further prayer of the petitioners is that the post of Technicians be also designated as Emergency Nursing officers/Emergency Technical Officer/ Community Health Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 25.02.2022 (Annexure P-14) and thereafter, a reminder has also been given to the respondents on 11.07.2023, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-16 but the same are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a RIYA 2024.03.04 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the representation dated 25.02.2022 (Annexure P-14) and 11.07.2023 (Annexure P-16) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
