By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., a prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 to 5 to take a decision on the legal representation dated 18.12.2022 (P-1) submitted by counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is permanently residing in Canada, however, having his ancestral property in Village Khanna Khurd, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana, which is now been tried to be forcibly and illegally occupied by certain miscreants. He further submits that a detailed legal representation in this regard already stands submitted to respondents No.3 & 4, however, neither any action has been taken; nor any hearing was afforded thereupon.
