(ORAL) On being pointed out that claim of the petitioner is against an aided college and the present writ petition is not maintainable keeping in view the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in case titled as 'Management of S.D. Model Senior Secondary School & another Vs. District Judge-cum-Service Tribunal and another', 2014(1) S.C.T. 652, wherein, it has been held that all the service disputes, except the claim for gratuity, in respect of aided college lies before the Educational Tribunal, counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner under the law.
