With the sincere efforts of Mr. Aayush Arora, Advocate, Mediator in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the parties have entered into the settlement vide settlement deed dated 20.11.2023. which has been produced as Annexure P6. The Mediator has also forwarded a signed copy of the aforesaid settlement deed. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that in line No.3 of para 5 of the settlement deed, there is a reference to the property of the petitioner-Rajinder Kaur comprised in khasra No. 1258/4/1(0-1), whereas its actual area is 10 biswas (0-10). The contents of the compromise deed are not disputed by the learned counsel representing the parties. 3.

Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement deed.
