The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking quashing of order dated 08.10.2020 (Annexure P-3) whereby JMIC-cum-CJ(JD), Hisar has permitted the petitioner to get his passport renewed and order dated 26.10.2020 whereby JMIC, Hisar has permitted the petitioner to visit abroad. 2.
The petitioner lodged an FIR against respondent No.2 and police after completing investigation filed challan. During the pendency of proceedings before trial Court, respondent No.2 moved an application seeking permission to get his passport renewed. JMIC, Hisar vide order dated 08.10.2020 granted permission the respondent to get his passport renewed. The respondent further moved an PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.05.18 18:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
2023:PHHC:072226 CRM-M-3911 of 2021 (O&M) -2application seeking permission to visit New Zealand. JMIC, Hisar vide order dated 26.10.2020 permitted the respondent to visit New Zealand from 28.10.2020 to 15.04.2021. The petitioner preferred a revision petition before Sessions Court assailing order dated 26.10.2020 whereby respondent was permitted to visit abroad. The revision petition came up for consideration before Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar who vide order dated 05.01.2021 dismissed petition of the petitioner.

The private respondent has already got his passport renewed and his permission to visit abroad was for the period from 28.10.2020 to 15.04.2021. The said period has already passed away, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous. 4.
