(ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 31.03.2018 (Annexure P-7) passed by the District Judge, Palwal, whereby the application for stay of the ex parte judgment and decree dated 03.07.2017, has been dismissed. This Court on 01.06.2018, while issuing notice of motion, had passed the following order:- ''Notice of motion for 16.08.2018. In the meantime, Executing Court is directed to adjourn the execution beyond the date given by this Court.''

Concededly the appeal is pending consideration before the lower Appellate Court.
