(ORAL) Present revision petition is to set aside impugned order dated 20.09.2013passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar,vide which petition under Section 372 of Indian Succession Act for grant of Succession certificate was allowed in favour of respondent No.1 and order dated 18.01.2017 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar whereby order passed by learned trial Court was upheld. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 (mother of petitioner), at the outset, submits that pursuant to succession certificate granted in favour of respondent No.1, the money lying in bank deposit of deceased husband of respondent No.1 has already been disbursed to her and adjudication of succession certificate is, therefore, rendered infructuous. 3.
The aforesaid statement is not controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Disposed of accordingly.
