This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.259 dated 15.12.2020 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. 2.

By an order dated 08.04.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Jaspreet Kaur submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 08.04.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
