Through this writ petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 and 3 to correct their names in the birth certificates.

Mr. Amandeep Singh Manaise, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and 3 and states that the entries in the birth register have already been corrected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
