(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.245 dated 05.07.2018 under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Sections 25/54 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State would submit that the matter has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner stands arrested on 17.06.2021.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
