Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case bearing FIR No.58 dated 07.11.2023 registered under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 148 & 149 IPC at P.S. Cheema, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer of Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur submits that in compliance of order 20.01.2024, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for any further investigation. 3.
