ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Order assessing the provisional rent has been challenged by the tenant in the revision petition.

This court after noticing that the petition is pending for the last 5 years, had directed the learned Rent Controller to explain the reason why petition is pending for the last 5 years.

As per the report submitted, learned Rent Controller has pointed out that the landlord has already concluded his evidence and now the case has been fixed for tenant's evidence. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Rent Controller to decide the revision petition positively within a period of 6 months from today.
