(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation dated 7.1.2022 (Annexure P-3) as regards the alleged threat perception of the petitioner as well as of other members of his family, expeditiousely in accordance with law. In case, it is found that there is any genuine threat to life and liberty of the petitioner or to other members of his family, then necessary steps be taken thereupon so as ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner or to other members of his family.
