There is no scope for interference in an order when all that the petitioner was trying to file a written statement, the process which was not conceived or permitted in the order passed by the trial Court while remanding the order. The defendant says that he is adopting the written statement filed already by the 2nd defendant. The petitioner is not entitled to say anything more than that he is adopting the written statement filed by the 2nd defendant. He will not be allowed to file any separate written statement. The order of the Court below is confirmed to that extent.

The revision petition is disposed of at the stage of admission dispensing with notice to the respondents.
