CR No.4370 of 2015 (O&M) -2Instead of pondering from the ad interim application, plaintiff has liberty to seek the expeditious disposal of the suit as early as possible to get the final relief as no useful purpose would be served by keeping the revision pending. The injunction in fact was not to create 3rd party right which would be always subject matter of the lis. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 10.05.2018 (AMIT RAWAL) sonia JUDGE Whether speaking/non-speaking?
