Learned counsel submits that the private respondents have been issuing threats of dire consequences to the petitioner; the police is time and again calling the petitioner to the Police Station and making him sit all day long. Learned counsel has submitted that a representation dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) was also given to the Commissioner of Police-respondent No.2, however, in vain. 2.
On a pointed query put to the learned counsel as to whether any FIR stands registered against the petitioner, she has categorically replied in the negative and has submitted that the petitioner has no previous criminal antecedents.
