***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Case called twice, but however, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Perusal of the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by this Court reveals that on 08.02.2019, the Court had asked the petitioner to inform whether the possession of the demised premises has been handed over the landlord in the executing proceedings, or not. Despite availing several opportunities, the Court has not been apprised of the said information. Even, in the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by this Court, when none had made appearance, still an opportunity was given to pass on said information. Despite the said opportunity having granted, the needful has not been done. Seemingly, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. As such, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
