Present revision petition pertains to the year 2018. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case being called twice.

In any case, present revision petition is now covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court dated 14.05.2025 passed in RSA-4181-2016 [Mahesh Kumar vs. Sub Divisional Officer & Anr.]. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present civil revision for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say, that the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
