The instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and her family members by unnecessary calling them to the police station and raiding their house under the garb of FIR No.265 dated 09.12.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Sadar Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), which was registered against the husband of the petitioner on the basis of a complaint made by respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2.
