NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1033 dated 18.11.2022 under Section 174-A IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Line Sirsa, District Sirsa.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
