Mr. Gurdarshan Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents and on instructions from HC Satpal Singh brought to the notice of this Court that representation (Annexure P-2) has been disposed of by the competent authority and submitted that in case any other complaint/representation(s) of the petitioner is still pending the same will be disposed of by the concerned authority, in accordance with law.

Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. 5.
In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide pending representation, if any, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
