PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court. He further submits that since the main accused stands admitted to bail after 19 days, the Court concerned be directed to consider the bail plea of the petitioner expeditiously.

Finding it to be a fair request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for with a direction to the concerned Court that in case the petitioner surrenders his bail plea shall be decided within a period of 5 days in accordance with law.
