Mr. Deepender Singh, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this petition, the parties have entered into a compromise and has placed on record an order dated 07.03.2021 vide which it has been settled that the parties will withdraw the suit for specific performance of agreement to sell dated 18.12.2021.

Counsel for the petitioner has also relied upon the statement of the complainant Ajay Sharma, dated 07.03.2022, recorded by the Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Faridabad, wherein he has stated that he will help the petitioner in quashing of the FIR, as well. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer within a period of 20 days from today and he shall be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
